The exhibition will show images of animals from the Sprengel Museum Hannover's Permanent Collection : Schako, the comic bird by Kurt Schwitters, a dragon by Niki de Saint Phalle, horses by Marino Marini and a bat by Germaine Richier. The exhibition will be rounded off with contemporary works. The exhibition is mainly for children since animals or rather images of animals have a special attraction for them in their imagination and emotionality.
